  Absolutely the worst courier experience I've had the misfortune to have.My parcel arrived without notification on 29th March whilst I was at work. The card through my door said to rearrange another delivery or collect from the depot (which, very helpfully was now closed until 3rd April). Not trusting the company to deliver at a time I would be in to receive it, I emailed and received confirmation to collect it from them at a distance of around 12 miles from my home address . When I arrived at the depot the staff member informed me it had gone back out on the van for redelivery! I have contacted APC regarding the above and am still waiting for a reply. I would definitely not recommend this company.
